Beer Can Chicken Stand

INSTRUCTIONS

• First, Clean Beer Can Chicken Stand in Hot soapy water, dry,
   then wipe or spray  with vegetable cooking oil.
   
• Build medium to hot fire using charcoal on Kettle or smoker type grill
  Prepare your chickens (Marinade - Salt & Pepper - or nothing at all) Use your favorite recipe if you like
   
• The Liquid in the can gives the chicken it’s moistness, tenderness and flavor. You don’t have to use Beer, you can add whatever you would like instead of the Beer, like Salad Dressing or maybe just your favorite herbs and spices in water.
   
• Place 2 (or 3) open Beer Cans into Handy Holders.  Using Hot Plate Mits or Gloves, then place Beer Can Chicken Stand on Grill.
   
• Next, you place your whole Chickens over the Beer cans, Close lid on Grill.  No need to rotate chickens they cook evenly without turning or rotating. Two to Three chickens will take approxemently One and a half,  to two hours depending on how hot your fire is.  Using a meat thermometer check your chicken to make sure it is 190 degrees ( f )on the inside.
   
• Removing Chickens,  ALWAYS leave Beer Can Chicken Stand on grill and use BBQ Forks or Tongs, lifting the whole chicken straight up and over Beer cans then place on your platter.
   
• Remember the liquid inside the cans is Very Hot!  * Always Use caution around a fire.*
   
• Let grill cool all the way down before removing Beer Can Chicken Stand!
   
• Let Beer Can Chicken Stand soak in Hot soapy water, dry,  then wipe or spray with vegetable cooking oil and store in a cool dry place until next use.
